The shape of this building has been designed to maximize the council’s height and side envelope constraints, and takes advantage of the north aspect of the land.
The home is built on a solid concrete slab, founded on a sandstone strata. Constructed using a combination of core-filled concrete blocks and 75mm Hebel Power Panels for the walls and floors. This combination has allowed for greater structural mass and increases the thermal and acoustic properties of the building.
Our first project started with E-Con Group in 2005, and we enjoyed the process, as did the client. The diligence, dedication and attention to detail on the project ensured a detailed finish giving our clients a quality completion with very few reasons to return to the site. We have continued working with E-Con as our preferred builder over the past 15 years, all to our delighted satisfaction.
